At the helm, Ananda Gellock, with 10 years experience working as a hospitality & retail real estate broker, has designed EQS with YOU in mind.  The Equity Shop is where you will learn all of the secret "how to" and "what not" to-dos to be successful at opening your first brick & mortar location... and more importantly, celebrate anniversaries!

We are in-person and online, with live consulting and webinars when you need them.  We are excited for our brick & mortar HQ and first incubator to be part of historical Pioneer Square where modern Seattle was born. Currently we are in the design phase.
